Before you book

• Suitable for all ages. However, families with children who may need more space to move around may find our silver area better suited.
• 1 unreserved seat is provided per ticket on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Guests must remain within their designated ticket area for the duration of the event and cannot access other ticketed viewing areas or non-ticketed event spaces.
• BYO alcohol, glass, and sharp knives, including cheese knives are strictly prohibited.
• BYO food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted in sealed containers only. No glass.
• Taronga Zoo is a cash-free venue.
• Please arrive at your allocated start time and follow the direction of event staff.
• Access the Taronga car park via the entrance located at the end of Prince Albert Street, at the junction of Whiting Beach Road.
• As an outdoor event, Taronga Zoo is subject to weather. The event will proceed rain or shine.
• Taronga Zoo has some steep slopes and steps - comfortable footwear is highly recommended.
• Your New Year’s Eve ticket does not include daytime Zoo entry. Guests must exit the Zoo by 4pm and re-enter the Zoo from their allocated time.
